Kindred Hearts is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office giving all clients peace of mind that personal information is properly protected.

Data Protection

Under the Data Protection Act, Kindred Hearts has a legal duty to protect any information collected from you. Information can be held in manual files or on computer. This information is only kept as long as required for the purpose. We will not pass personal information to other companies or individuals unless we are required to so by law.

Data Protection Register

We are required by The Data Protection Act 1998 to notify the Information Commissioner of what we are doing with personal data. Kindred Hearts has registered the data we process with the Information Commissioner.

The Data Protection register shows what an organisation or individual is registered to do. It will not state whether or not an organisation holds personal information on a particular person.
